Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS

TalentLMS is one of the best learning management platforms I have utilized. Prior to purchasing TalentLMS I spent months researching different services, and after reviewing all of the benefits, ultimately decided to go with TalentLMS. After utilizing it the past few years I can say with the utmost confidence that it is one of the easiest to use and comprehensive learning platforms I have ever experienced. Developing training modules and their associated quizzes is very intuitive and easy to do. From a learner's perspective, we have received nothing but positive feedback from our teams regarding the platform's usability. As an administrator, pulling a report is seamless and they are very comprehensive, allowing one to ascertain very easily and quickly the training status of multiple individuals at once. Overall, I highly recommend TalentLMS above any other platform.

  • The interface is very intuitive and easy to use for all users.
  • Reports look great, are comprehensive, and easy to read.

Cons

  • I'd like to see more courses added to the course library.
  • Learning engagement has risen considerably since implementing TalentLMS.
  • The reports have greatly helped when auditing our training records.
TalentLMS support has always responded promptly to all questions and requests for assistance.
When implementing TalentLMS I'd recommend reviewing their comprehensive training. It covers all aspects regarding how to fully implement TalentLMS and get the most out of the platform right out of the gate. It is some of the best training I have experienced and addresses all questions one might have when starting to utilize the platform.
