Entrepreneurship Programme gives the community of the University of Luxembourg a possibility to participate in initiatives that allow them to acquire business skills like the Ideation Camp. The Incubator at the University of Luxembourg is the hub for the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Startups and spin-offs can rent office space, gain entrepreneurial skills through our training programs, network with co-founders, experts and investors at our events, benefit from experienced mentorship, and receive support to raise funds and scale their businesses through the Accelerator.
Entrepreneurship Programme
To prepare its student entrepreneurs best for running their own company, the University of Luxembourg has created the Entrepreneurship Programme: an initiative dedicated to providing business, technical and personal development skills that will allow its participants to make their startup journey a success.
This Programme is open for the University of Luxembourg students across all faculties regardless of their level of studies (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate/PhD) as well as University staff. If you are curious about entrepreneurship or have an idea or research results with a commercial opportunity, we have trainings to suit your stage.
Some of the flagship initiatives of the Entrepreneurship Programme are the Courses for Phds and Researchers and the Competitions.
You can acquire additional essential skills and support to be able to build your own business with the support of the University of Luxembourg Incubator’s Startup Bootcamp training series.
Incubator
The University of Luxembourg Incubator offers a comprehensive platform for budding entrepreneurs. It is a one-stop-shop for all entrepreneurial activities at the University.
To be incubated at the Incubator means : having your own offices in Belval, benefitting from a rich infrastructure, getting access to a tight community of University entrepreneurs and a wide network of experts that help you from registering your company, up to finding funds.
Moreover, the Incubator’s Mentoring Service offers tailor-made support to ambitious startups from a wider networks of experienced high-profile experts while the Accelerator prepares you for raising funds from investors. Our startups now have access to $10000 promotional credits for 2 years for all the services of Amazon Web Services along with premium business support.
The Incubator also offers sector-specific programs to boost innovation potential at the University such as the Catalyst Europe program with the MIT.
