What is Zaam?

Zaam is Virgin Mobile’s device subscription partner. It allows you to get a monthly subscription to use the latest mobile devices.

How does my device get delivered?

Virgin Mobile will deliver your device and SIM within 24 hours to your location. We deliver throughout the UAE, except in some areas which are hard to reach.

What can I do if my subscription fee fails?

You can contact Zaam support team at 800 1122333 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, UAE time or submit a request from the Zaam Support Page.

Does all the tech from Zaam come with insurance?

Yes, devices with Zaam have complete insurance against all damage during your subscription period (Subject to Terms & Conditions).

What happens when a Zaam subscription ends?

At the end of your subscription period, you can choose to either:

  1. Continue your subscription with monthly payments
  2. Upgrade your device, purchase the device and keep it forever
  3. Cancel the subscription and return the device to Zaam
Who is eligible for a device subscription with Zaam?

You are eligible for a subscription if you fulfil the following requirements.

  1. You’re 21 years or older
  2. You’re a UAE citizen or a UAE resident with a valid Visa. You also have a verified UAE Pass account
  3. You have an active email address, and a UAE phone number registered in your name
  4. You have a credit, or a debit card issued by a bank in the UAE

Remember, subscription approval is not automatic. Zaam will need to approve your application.

Can I swap my subscribed device?

All subscription contracts must be completed before you’re eligible for a new device.

Are there any additional fees when paying with Zaam?

There is an additional fee that you will need to pay if you do not pay for your monthly subscription on time.

How many subscriptions can I have with Zaam?

You can have 1 subscription per Emirates ID.

Can I downgrade my device at the end of my subscription?

Yes, at the end of your subscription, you can choose any new device.

Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 3-days from the payment date.

You need to ensure of the below to get the refund:

  • Device Condition: The iPhone must be returned in the same condition as when you subscribed, including all original packaging with the seal unbroken.
  • Usage Deduction: Any usage of your mobile plan will be deducted from the paid amount.
  • Device Collection: A driver will come to collect the device and verify its condition. This is a mandatory step to process your refund.
  • Refund Timeframe: The refund must be requested within 3 days of your payment date.
