The Western Pacific Region Publications Office consolidates WHO’s publishing activities throughout the Region. In coordination with technical units and country offices, it produces scientific and technical publications and information products, such as manuals and guidelines, on a wide range of the Region’s health subjects and issues.
The Publications Office works in close coordination with WHO’s central Press office as an integral part of the knowledge management and communications culture of the World Health Organization. Each publication contributes to WHO’s global objective to convey evidence-based and accurate information to support the promotion of health and well-being of people in Member States.
The Western Pacific Region’s published materials and technical information are accessible and available for download in full text from the WHO global repository – IRIS.
