User Agreement for Yandex.Predictor API
YANDEX Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Yandex") proposes an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to use Yandex.Predictor API (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") under the terms set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
General Provisions
1.1. The way the User uses the Service shall be governed by these Terms and:

1.2. By placing the code of the Service on the User's website or using any other function of the Service, the User accepts these Terms and terms of all of the documents specified in cl. 1.1 hereof, in full, with no reservation and exception, and undertakes to be bound by them. It is only possible to use the Service under terms other than the terms of the said documents subject to Yandex's prior written consent. If the User disagrees with any of the terms of the said documents, the User may not use the Service.
1.3. The User shall be held independently liable for compliance with Laws, when he or she uses the Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term "Laws" throughout this text shall mean any applicable laws, including both laws of the Russian Federation and laws of residence of the User or a place, where he or she commits legally significant acts hereunder. If the User violates Laws by using any feature of the Service, the User undertakes to cease using the Service.
1.4. These Terms and relations between Yandex and the User arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be covered by law of the Russian Federation.
Terms of Use of the Service
2.1. The Service prompts applications to make up the most likely continuation of a word or phrase in a search query.
2.2. The User can only use data and functions obtained via the Service as part of functions provided by the Service, for any, including commercial, purposes provided the requirements and restrictions stipulated hereby are met.
2.3. The User may not change, decompile and/or somehow modify the program code he or she obtained via the Service.
2.4. Yandex reserves the right to set any limits and restrictions, including, but not limited to, the below provisions:
the number of Service hits - 100,000 hits per day;
the amount of query text - 1,000,000 characters per day.
2.5. Yandex can change the limits and restrictions as it thinks fit, with no prior written notice given to Users.
2.6. If the limits Yandex set for the amount of verified text and/or the number of Service hits are exceeded, Yandex reserves the right to deny access to the Service.
2.7. The User may not use the Service to create web services, computer programs or otherwise, if such use violates Laws and the documents specified in cl. 1.1 hereof and/or infringes third-party rights and legitimate interests.
2.8. When the Service is used, it is mandatory to refer to Yandex technology by placing the text "Implemented with Yandex.Predictor" with an active hyperlink to https://tech.yandex.com/predictor in a software product description, or in a respective Help section, on an official software product website, or on pages/screens with text tip results. This reference shall be put in a font of at least the same size as the main text and of a color indistinguishable from that of the main text.
2.9. Yandex reserves the right to change, correct or update the Service at any time, with no prior notice given to the User. When another stable version is released, Yandex announces its release on web pages of the Service. When a new version of the Service is released, Yandex does not guarantee that its outdated versions will operate stably and continuously. The User unwilling to use an updated version of the Service can continue to use an outdated version of the Service at own risk or stop using the Service by deleting the respective code from the User's website(-s).
2.10. Yandex may, at own discretion, terminate or suspend access to the Service for the User without notice and with no reason given, particularly if the User fails to comply with the requirements hereof.
3. Intellectual Rights
3.1. The exclusive right to the Service is vested in Yandex.
3.2. When the User uses the Service, he or she may not delete, hide or modify any data, trademarks , logos, links or other references to Yandex or other bodies found in or obtained via the Service, as well as any other notices and/or information transferred by the Service.
3.3. Using the Service, the User grants to Yandex the right to use a logo, trademark and/or trade name of the User and/or the User's website for information, advertising and marketing purposes with no need to secure any additional consent of the User and with no remuneration payable to the User for such use.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. Yandex provides the Service "as is". Yandex does not guarantee the fitness of the Service for goals and expectations of the User, trouble-free and failure-free operation of the Service and its certain components and/or functions.
4.2. Yandex shall not be held liable and shall not indemnify against any damage, direct or indirect, the User of the Service or third parties suffered from the use or unavailability of the Service.
4.3. The User shall be held independently liable to third parties for actions performed when he or she used the Service, inter alia, for meeting legislative requirements and respecting third-party rights and legitimate interests. The User undertakes to settle all third-party claims related to actions performed when he or she used the Service, independently and at own expense.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. Any questions and claims related to the use/unavailability of the Service shall be sent via the feedback form at: http://feedback2.yandex.ru/predictor.
5.2. Yandex may change the text of these Terms at any time without notifying the User. The current version of these Terms is available at: https://yandex.com/legal/predictor_api. A new version of these Terms shall become effective once posted online at the URL specified in this paragraph. Any continued use of the Service after the Terms were changed is regarded as consent to the new version. The User shall stop using the Service, if Yandex has made any changes to these Terms the User disagrees with.
