I am currently unemployed and have found it hard to understand what I need to do to receive benefits or find a new job through our public administration offices. The project ‘Conect-As' was a great opportunity for me to learn how to navigate the public administration sites and improve my IT skills. With the help of the teachers, who always guided us through the different steps of the course, I can now use the online services of the public administration and don’t have to go to their offices anymore. The IT skills I gained are very useful for my day-to-day life, especially for communicating with different public administration bodies. I can ask for appointments, send communications, and consult any information of interest – all from my computer.
