The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that a fine should be imposed on the addressee of the draft decision. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the basic amount of the fine. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the determination of the duration for the purpose of calculating the fine. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that there are no aggravating circumstances applicable in this case. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the reduction based on the mitigating circumstances. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the adaptation of the fine based on point 37 of the 2006 Guidelines on Fines. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the final amount of the fine. |
8. |
The Advisory Committee recommends the publication of its Opinion in the Official Journal of the European Union. |
