On December 20, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Laoag attended the launching ceremony of the water pump system donated by the Chinese Consulate to Paoay National High School in Ilocos Norte.

This water pump system can lift groundwater to all floors of the teaching buildings, benefiting more than 800 students and teachers.
