Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect to my camera?

Follow the in-app guide to set up the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your camera. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us so we can help.

Is it possible to preview what the camera sees?

No, Live Preview is not possible via Bluetooth.

Can I get my money back, if I am not happy with the app?

Absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied with the app, we will provide you a refund. Just send us an email and we are happy to help.

Is Photo mode supported as well?

No, at this point only Video mode is supported

My camera is not mentioned in the supported list. Will the app still work?

No, only Hero 5, Hero 5 Session, Hero 6, Hero 7, Hero 8 and MAX are supported.

Is the Hero 9, Hero 10 and Hero 11 supported?

At this point only start/stop recording, camera on/stand-by, change of fps and resolution works. It is not possible to change further ProTune settings on the Hero9/10.
