Hong Yip Received Four Awards at the First "PropTech Excellence Award"
Hong Yip achieved remarkable results at the first "PropTech Excellence Awards" held on March 21, co-organized by the Hong Kong PropTech Association (HKPTA) and Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, by winning four major awards, which include the "PropTech Solution of the Year - ESG in PropTech" - Diamond Award, " PropTech Solution of the Year - Property Management " - Diamond Award, " PropTech Integration Company of the Year " - Gold Award, and the highest honor - "The Best PropTech Solution of the Year". Hong Yip is the only company to receive a total of four awards, showcasing its leadership and innovation in the field of real estate technology.

2024 Peace Box祝福大行動
Peace Box Campaign spreads blessings throughout the city in its eleventh year
Started with the idea of “Sharing of LOVE and BLESSINGS” on Easter in 2014, Hong Yip and other co-organisers are devoted to spreading love and care through a box – “Peace Box” to connect the needs in the community. There were near 100,000 boxes donated in the past 10 years given with commodities, dried food toys, stationery and etc., This year, over 10,000 peace boxes have been donated to grassroots families and people in need.

Hong Yip won the Highest Honour “ERB Excellence Award for Employers” for 13 consecutive years
Hong Yip has once again received the highest honour of “ERB Excellence Award for Employers” at the ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2023-24 organized by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). We have been receiving this award since its inception for 13 consecutive years, which shows the appreciation from ERB for our significant contributions in promoting retraining courses and hiring trainees graduated from the programs over the years.

Hong Yip's properties Won Bronze Awards at “BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards 2023”
The BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards, organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (“FHKI”) and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) since 2015, aims to encourage active participation in environmentally conscious practices among enterprises in Hong Kong. After a series of evaluations, both of our managed properties, Royal Peninsula and Manhattan Hill, won the “Bronze Award” at the “BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards 2023 Prize Presentation and 2024 Launching Ceremony”, taking place at the Convention Hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 13 August 2024, while over 130 of our managed properties were recognised with Eco Recognition Logos as “EcoChallenger” or “EcoPartner”.
