Office for Compliance
The Office for Compliance oversees ADA, Disability Services, and Title IX for Southern University and A&M College. Therefore, the Office ensures compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, its Amending Act of 2008, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the Fair Housing Act of 1988, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Louisiana Campus Accountability and Safety Act, and any other relevant federal or state laws or regulations.
