Main Street 563
Austin, Texas 02534
Date: July 20
Dear Mr. Hill,
We are appreciative of your interest in our products. If you visit our Web site, you will see many favorable product reviews. I have enclosed our company catalog showing our entire line of products.
We designed the Top Everest line to be the most elegant luggage you can find anywhere in the world. Some of our customers want the luggage to be as compact and lightweight as possible, so we asked our designers to do just that. You simply cannot find a more compact and lightweight luggage than ours.
In addition, most of our customers want the luggage to be the toughest and most durable, so we chose the toughest and most durable materials for the Everest line and subjected our prototypes to the most severe and punishing torture tests we have ever devised. We had them run over by steamrollers. We also had trucks run over them. Only a few prototypes survived these grueling tests. We retrieved only those that survived the tests, finalized their design, and put them into production. You can count on our products. If you want to purchase our products in bulk, we will give you a 10% discount. I am sure your store will make more profits than ever. On July 25 I need to go on a business trip in Texas. I can drop by your store to meet with you and discuss our products in detail.
If we can be of further service, or if you need to get more information, please call us at 356-589-6987 at any time. We value your business and want to help any way we can.
